Public health researcher with experience in clinical trials via the UK National Health Service, CROs, and pharmaceutical companies. He graduated from the University of Gothenburg in Sweden with a Master in Public Health with Health Economics (2020). Following his thesis on paradoxical reactions during the treatment of tuberculosis (TB) patients, he has focused his efforts on TB and joined the University of Milan in 2023 as a Research Fellow to work on stakeholder engagement and implementation challenges as part of the UNITE4TB consortium.


Research interests

  • Equitable access to medicines, especially for those drugs which would most benefit and are trialled in  LMICs;
  • Screening and active case-finding programmes for TB;
  • Clinical trial methodology;
  • TB epidemiology;
  • Medical history.
