Leandro Baldi graduated from the University of Florence (2009) and holds a Master of Science in Dental Public Health from UCL (2019). He completed a Master’s in Global Health at the University of Milan (2020-21) and conducted missions in Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Eswatini for various global health projects. Currently, he is studying Statistics and Epidemiology at the University of Pavia (2022-2024) and is a Research Fellow in Global Health at the University of Milan.
Research interests
- Developing and implementing sustainable health promotion programs in low-resource settings;
- Comprehensive health needs assessments to inform policy and program development;
- Epidemiology and oral disease epidemiology includes applying statistical methods to study the distribution and determinants of health-related states and events in populations;
- Advancing global health and global oral health initiatives, with a focus on evaluating and managing health projects in underserved communities;
- Exploring strategies for improving healthcare delivery and outcomes through effective health policies and management practices.
